A fabulous and complete small perfume flacon, the type salvaged from a Palais Royal sewing or vanity necessaire or case. Here it presents in such fine form - it is complete with original stopper (stuck in neck, needs to be soaked out - no damage in neck), and 18k gold cap. A very old French gold mark on the interior, pre-1809, with a very tiny ding to the top but no holes. A fabulous find, no chips to the body, either, which is a work of art! Full measurements noted on photos. NOTE: Shown on silk embroidery which is not included - just gives a better photo for us on small items like this.
Very good to excellent condition for age and type, rare to find with stopper, no neck damage, original cap and no chips anywhere. Full measurements given, in case it will fit into your rare piano sewing chest, or other. Definitely Palais Royal.
