Fine antique French Napoleon III era Empire Revival style gilded bronze & glass desk top inkwell or inkstand with palmette bordering, bow & ribbon and laurel garland accented side handles! The glass panel is not original in this one, a 1/4" thick replacement panel has been fitted to save the rest of this beauty. In the same style as many old Empire Revival pieces we've had in the past, fashioned of often Baccarat cut glass with the gilded framework. A lovely piece here and price to move so, don't miss it.
