Elegant antique to vintage French hallmarked sterling silver & blown glass 8" x 5.5" flower frog, vase or centerpiece, large, heavy & beautiful! We have a few of these and I'll be getting the others listed in the next few days surely. Wonderful decorative accents, just add flowers and the display is superb! The sterling band bears the French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, the tiny number "1" within that mark means it's in .950 silver (95% pure and higher than the .925 standard for "sterling" silver). The silversmith mark is for Adolphe Roustang, Paris circa 1909-1929. The base of the glass insert is marked "Made in France". Lovely, don't miss it!
Very good condition! A tiny dimple or two to the silver band, possibly a tiny nip or two to the glass but no larger chips, cracks, damage or repairs. See pictures for measurements.
