A fine little Belle Epoch aperitif set, one decanter and 5 cordials. Raised gold enamel and gold ripple side trim in glass against gradient emerald to clear blown glass. I'm unsure if the stopper is original, and rather lean to it not being. The stopper is more likely Baccarat, but it fits well. The French tradition of a small liqueur before dinner, or offered to guests before heading out to dine or to theater is a long-held tradition. The most beautiful sets of these remain in whole or in parts from the 19th century, small decanter and essentially a shot cup. We have just 5 cups with this one, so service for 4 with a spare in case one is broken.
Very good to excellent on these pieces, without any rim or ruffle-edge chips, no chip on stopper. The raised gold over creamy enamel is very pretty still. As you can see, shows brilliant in the emerald to clear transition. Full measurements noted on photos.
