Offering up my own collection of antique opticals, opera glasses and monoculars, this one is charming and elegant, and has clear undamaged lenses. Unusual mark I have not found, the eyepiece and the rim on the large lens test at 12k and 10k, respectively. While I found it in France, I've been unable to identify the punch mark shown. I feel certain it is Napoleon III era, c.1850-70s, give or take. Petit beautiful treasure! Almost a jewel. Deserves a little velvet pouch, doesn't it. Full measurements noted on the photos.
Very good to excellent condition for age and type. The only imperfections notable is a few bit of the black enamel on the barrel need a touchup, small loss here or there. No chips or flaws to lenses, which remain clear.
