Fabulous antique French sterling silver 3pc 8.5" skewer or "hatelet" set with unique maritime theme including mythical dolphin or serpent figures, anchor and trident! All bear the post-1878 French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, the tiny number "1" within the marks means they're in .950 silver (95% pure and so above the .925 standard for "sterling" silver). The silversmith marks are for Francois Durand, Paris circa mid to late 1800s. Only a set of three but aren't they fantastic!
