Fine antique French hallmarked sterling silver 2” napkin ring with raised or bas relief style laurel foliate accented bands, "Andre Paul Quimper 1919" inscription or dedication and wonderful condition! Marked with the post-1878 French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, the tiny number “1” within that mark means it’s in .950 silver (95% pure and higher than the .925 standard for “sterling” silver). I could not find a silversmith mark, they are often tiny.
