From my own collections, another fabulous and pristine Victorian to Edwardian era stick pin, mourning iconography - seed pearls represent the tears of the mourner, and a tiny diamond represents the new star in heaven, soul of the departed loved one. Now it's just a stunningly beautiful tie pin, stick pin for your own use or enjoyment in collection. Still in the original presentation box, it appears to have been cherished and not used. Case is gold-embossed, "Pidduck Goldsmith & Silversmith, St. Ann's Place, Manchester" (England), bearing the crown which means they were makers to the King/Queen.
Very good to excellent, perfectly preserved in the original presentation case. Nothing missing, ready to wear. Box shows age but the perfectly fitted stick pin does not. Someone's treasure of 150 or so years ago.
