Blue & white! What could possibly make a prettier table setting? Typically, I don't buy a single plate, preferring sets, but this single was so exquisitely beautiful, I bought it and often used it during my single years. There's no reason not to dine beautifully on those nights you're on your own, right?  That said, it has also gone to table for dinner parties, as a serving plate. One of my all-time favorites, really. It has no marks on backside, so I can't even tell you who made it, but just look at it.

Very good to excellent condition for age and type, no chips, hairlines, no cracks, no utensil marks and little if any glaze crazing, though it dates 130-160 years old. Such a beauty!
