Lovely antique French Napoleon III Black Forest style hand carved 9.75" decorative bread plate or platter with carved bordering and Grand Tour souvenir transfer style center scene entitled "Mont St. Michel"! A wonderful visual decorative accent, carved in a roughly 3/4" to 7/8" thick wood panel. A souvenir of the French island commune off the north western coast.  Great for wall or cabinet display. Don't miss it.

Very good condition. There is a slight bend or warp to the wood panel but, all of the carving and hand painted decoration are in great shape as you can see in the images. See pictures for measurements.
