A project set, needs someone patient to locate scissors and a thimble to complete it, but is otherwise in lovely condition without breaks to the silk winder pair in snowflake form, the stiletto, the larger sized needle case and the gold capped perfume vial. I guess one also needs to find a bodkin, which is nearly always missing in these late 1700s to earliest 1800s Palais Royal sets. Separated out, the tools and box would bring more than our price. Full measurements noted on the photos.
Very good condition for age and type, misses scissors, thimble and bodkin but retains all other original tools, a lovely interior lining and original mirror, the handle on top of box (often missing in these), and all 4 of its original steel ball feet. The box is quite beautiful, trimmed in cut steel pique work, some missing (see all details in photos) Well worth putting a little search time in to fill it out but I'm happy to let you do that. .
