Very good to excellent condition for age and type. The amber mouthpiece does not show the usual teeth marks of one that has been used, really, though I can see that smoke has run through it (opening in amber is slightly darkened) and a tiny scuff can be seen, surely used once. Likely treasured long as a bit of precious memory - someone's gift of elegance. It does not have a case.
