Fabulous antique Napoleon III to Belle Epoque era 4pc 8 3/4" cabinet plate set with ornate turquoise & gold enamel borders and hand painted floral centers! Each plate with matching border decoration but the center floral bouquets each feature different colors or arrangements of bell flowers & foliage. Very good condition. No chips, cracks, damage or repairs that I can see. There is a bit of wear to the told accenting around the borders. See pictures for measurements.
