Beautiful antique French Napoleon III or Victorian era 4 3/4" jewelry casket, a lovely box in gilt brass or bronze with ornate decoration & colorful portrait miniature style medallion! The box is stunning with unique canted corners and ornate machined and applied decoration. I did remove the portrait to scan and it is just a print, not hand painted, hence the reduced price. A gorgeous decorative piece and a great low price, can't beat that!
Very good to excellent condition. The box itself is near pristine, it even has the original inner linings (though age and some staining are visible). See images for all measurements.
