Very rare to find, this is a pristine Napoleon era (Georgian era) plaited hair and 18k gold ring, large - a gentleman's ring (3" inner circumference). dates to c.1800-1830, and kept without wearing from the condition of it, which is superb. Full measurements noted on the photos. The boxes shown are not included, just give a color background for nicer photos.
Very good to excellent condition for age and type, as you can see, a medium brunette hair with a little gray in it. The 18k gold sheath that completes the ring is a special Palais Royal kiln-fired enamel work of goldsmith's mastery, and it is also excellent for age and type.
