A beautiful set, entremet (opening course) and dessert service pieces comprised of 6 knives with sterling silver blades, and 6 matching forces with silver metal tines, all have sterling silver ferule and tips in a beautiful pattern. Measurements noted on the photos.

Very good to excellent condition for age and type, there are no breaks, splits or cracks, no chips to the 12 mother of pearl handles. Beautiful high pearlescent shimmer on all. Nicely preserved, there are some surface scratches on the sterling silver knife handles which could certainly be professionally polished out if desired. Fork tines (not sterling silver) have no flaws to note, tines are not bent nor marked.  A beautiful set of 12 pieces.
