Always rolled, no folds and no fade, excellent unused 5 1/8" wide silk and cotton embroidery fabric trim. Heavy, I'd had in mind to sew together in strips and make up as the tops for fabulous throw or bolster pillow covers, complimenting passementerie fringe, or tassels at corners. I've also thought of using it to top-trim drapery, or make a pelmet for the top of window. You'll have your own decorator ideas. Pricey way back when I bought these from an antique dealer in Paris, it's probably time for me to accept I'm not going to work these up. Each excellent roll is unused, 10' in length, 5 1/8" wide. Beautiful florals on a dark chocolate brown ground, I'd love to see what you make with them. You are buying 3 10 foot long rolls.
Very good to excellent condition for age and type. Never used, they're strong, undamaged, no folds and no fading. Rolled and archival protective storage, I'd date them to Napoleon III era, late Victorian era, c. 1850-70s. No odors, just excellent.
