Remarkably well-preserved, without age cracks or other loss or damage. I'd use it for candy canes at Christmas, or even scented potpourri or cinnamon sticks. You know how we have always loved Black Forest carvings! Full measurements noted on photos.

Very good to excellent for age and type, we're pretty certain it dates last half of 1800s. Photos show it well and from all angles of view.

https://antiques-uncommon-treasure.com/ja/products/charming-antique-hand-carved-black-forest-cheroot-or-small-cigar-case-box-etui-caddy-with-lid-19th-century
