Rare pair of antique Victorian era Black Forest hand carved epergne or candle stands converted to 22" tall working table lamps, each with oak leaf & acorn foliate accenting and detailed hunt themed game hen or bird figures! When listing a single or pair of this style of old Black Forest epergne or candle holders, we always suggest making them into table lamps AND here are two that we did early on but have been hoarding in Susan's mountain retreat. The lamp hardware all new with US standard wiring and both work wonderfully and we have enjoyed them immensely but, alas, at some point we knew we would be offering them for sale. NOW is your chance! Very good condition, age & materials considered. As you would expect with antique carved wood, there are a few chips and one of them has an old age/drying split visible in the base but both stand straight and both work, as noted. The shades can be included but they do have slight age marks or yellowing at seams and at would add to the size of the package and therefore the cost to ship. Up to you.
