Magnificent antique Victorian era 24" Black Forest hand carved 'Fruits of the Hunt' themed wall plaque, an impressive solid wood panel with large, detailed deer and game bird figures along with other hunting items including a rifle, powder horn and a beautiful array of foliage raised against the shaped plaque! Very good to excellent condition. Possibly a small nip or two to the foliage or tips of the rear plaque but, as you can see, nothing major to point out. The deer's antlers appear to be shaped down a bit, as if they were originally a bit larger but were chipped. No warping and no worm/bug holes that I can see. See pictures for measurements.
