A miniature spinning wheel, we don't know if it was made as an apprentice's project, a doll house furniture piece, or a salesman's sample. It's beautifully crafted, however, and dates early 1900s, give or take 10 years. Charming for display. Photos show it all. The wheel does turn when you run the foot pedal. Watch for another one listing today, too, that is much much older than this one - sold separately. Measurements: 10.25" high to top of wheel; another .75" finial, and 15.25" tall to top of stick with wool; 11" wide; 6.25" deep front to back.
Very good to excellent condition, it even works. When you push the pedal on bottom, the wheel turns. I think it is complete, I don't see any holes that would indicate any other parts gone missing. One tiny chip to raised trim on the large wheel, visible at about 10 c'clock position on the image spread that also shows measurements. Otherwise, I see no chips or breaks, no damage to report. Entirely made of wood. Charming!
