Antique Victorian (c.1850-70) 10k mourning brooch, closed back and clamp Kiln-fired black enamel in fine condition, cover glass in excellent condition. Locks of 2 colors of hair within the locket (can be replaced if desired, locket lifts out from front) Measurements: 1 7/8" x 1 1/2" oval, 3/8" deep.
Very good to excellent condition throughout. No chips on the kiln-fired black enamel work, no dents facing, though you can see one small dent on the backside. Slightly oyster-shaped. VERY pretty as a brooch or as a crop from pearls or jet beads. I'll be taking on the huge task of listing hundreds of antique fine jewelry items these next weeks. Please be sure to come back for the best selection. Thank you so much for following us these many many years. We appreciate you!
