Not quite sterling, the bulbous beautifully crafted handle to the seal is made in the more sturdy .800/1000 silver. Very nice in the hand for use, actually. One from my own collections. The burin/hand engraved script monogram will print H N in case those are you initials. No case on this one. Measurements noted on photos.
Very good to excellent condition throughout. At first I thought it might only be silver plate, and I think it's on one photo, but it does have the tiny boar's head silver punch, which is the guarantee of .800/1000 pure silver. The matrix is possibly silver on this one, as well. No dings, no dents.
