Fine antique French Belle Epoque era sterling silver 2" napkin ringwith elegant Louis XVI style raised floral garland, beautiful flower filled basket and medallion sans monogram! It bears the French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, the tiny number "1" in the upper right corner stands for French 1st quality (.950 or 95% pure silver content). The silversmith mark is only partially legible but is likely for Raymond Collet, Paris circa 1911.
Yes, a single here and one of several superb antique and vintage sterling silver napkin rings that we're adding today (and in the weeks ahead) so be sure to browse our current offerings to build a collection fit for royalty :). These are great mixed & matched around your table, wonderful to find a set of twelve or more matching pieces but who could be so lucky. And, isn't it much neater if all are unique, each with a history...a story of its own!
Very good condition. Weighs a relatively light 22 grams but it's beautiful given its 100 or so years. Great condition as you can see from the images. Some surface scuffing possible and a bit of faint dimpling in places. See pictures for measurements.
