Good to very good condition. Yes, gently worn driving and sole shows scuffs from pavement, but the suede is impeccable. Trimmed in silk ribbon piping, which is also in top form. No scuff at all to the leather, no dirt or spots, so lovely to wear. These run quite narrow. I wear a 9M or 9.5 narrow, and these run more to the 9 narrow. If you typically wear an A or AA width, you'll love them. Hermés seem to run narrow, and this pair aren't marked other than '40'. No stains, no odor, thoroughly cleaned, notice that sole does show scuff.
