Fine antique French Belle Epoque era sterling silver 2" napkin ring with guilloche style scrolling tendrils & flowers and medallion with interlaced "ER" or "RE" monogram! This one bears the French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, the tiny number "1" within the mark means it's in .950 silver (95% pure and above the .925 standard for "sterling" silver). The silversmith mark is for Charles Vincent, Paris circa 1889-1912.
