Elegant antique French silver plate coffee or tea cup with saucer, ornate guilloche style decroation & acanthus accented medallions sans monograms! Yes, silver plate here and no hallmarks that I can find but the style and weight are definitely of French origins. Beautifully ornate with the extensive machined or engraved guilloche style decoration to both cup and saucer, the cup with a goldwashed or, perhaps, vermeil interior. All of the elegance of antique French sterling silver but at a fraction of the cost here. A lovely service for one, spoil yourself on a budget.
Very good to excellent condition. I see no loss or wear to the silver plating and just a bit of possible wear/fading to the goldwashed interior. No dents, damage or repairs to note. See pictures for all measurements.
