Odds and ends of a lifetime of antique collecting, dealing, this is a exceptionally fine Edwardian era English sewing etui, heavy bronze and pristine silk velvet interior, but missing the sewing tools. Take it on as a project, or refit the interior for jewelry - up to you. What's there is excellent. NOTE: we've shown it against panels of silk embroidery for ambiance, but they are not included - just the case. Measurements noted on photos.
Very good condition, but missing the original sewing tools. Heavy bronze case is beautiful, top and bottom with overlay casting. Elegant and pristine silk velvet interior, awaits your sewing items, or to be refitted for jewelry, perhaps. Surprisingly heavy in the hand, surely this one came from Regent Street.
