Wonderful antique turn of the century Belle Epoque or Edwardian era 17" wide foot stool with carved wood framework & cabriole style legs and floral needlepoint covering fully intact! Isn't this one lovely! The needlepoint is only very slightly soiled but appears original and charming enough that I have it showcased in my own living room, if only for a short time as it's sure to sell quickly :). Wider than the average stool, this one is an impressive 17" x 12" and stands 11.5" tall. Fabulous condition really, age and materials considered and guaranteed to please. Priced to move so don't miss it!
Good to very good condition. As noted, the needlepoint has only very slight visible soiling. There are no tears but there are two corners that look like they need to be tacked in better. I had planned to do it but decided to just list as we found it and pass that discount along. The carved likely walnut frame & legs are all as near pristine as could be hoped for. The under side has been covered in a black fabric that is half missing, under that, everything appears original as far as I can see. No breaks or repairs to any of the wood legs. A truly lovely piece of furniture. See pictures for all measurements, weighs 6 lbs.
