A superb mid-sized tray for vanity, perfume bottles, personal tea service, or bar, this c.1902 dedicated and monogrammed tray is by Gorham (American top quality silver company). Nearly 300 grams, it has obviously been a presentation gift and has the date November 25, 1902 along with the beautiful old burin-engraved monogram. Begs to have a decanter and a few cordials on it, side table, doesn't it? You'll find the perfect way to enjoy it. Gorham, a top American sterling silver company, has a history dating back to 1831, and remains one of the best silversmith companies of the US. Lauded history, a legacy piece!
Very good to excellent condition for age and type, the service surface is beautiful and has almost no scathing of use considering the age. Almost 120 years old! Full measurements are noted on our photos. The tea set shown on it is a duet (smallish set) and is of course, not included. Just the tray in our offering.
