Elegant antique French sterling silver 2" napkin ring with ornate frieze style machined or etched foliate or laurel leaf band and wonderful condition! This one bears the French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, the tiny number "1" in the upper right corner stands for French 1st quality (.950 or 95% pure silver content). I don't see a tiny silversmith mark but it surely dates to the latter 1800s.

Very good condition. Weighs a relatively heavy 38 grams and it's beautiful given its 100 or so years. Great condition as you can see from the images. Some faint surface scuffing possible. See pictures for measurements.
