Carved in Linden wood, an impossibly perfect slender carved cheroot or cigar case, bas relief chamois in a wooded setting on top side and Black Forest florals on back. Delicate details and perfectly preserved.  The case is c.1870-1900, and is 5 3/8" long x 2 5/8" wide, 1" depth. It will hold 4 cigars, such as the Churchill's shown. Incredible hunt theme treasure you'll love to have and use. 

Very good to excellent condition for age and type, not a single bit of warp and no chips, cracks, hairlines - amazing aged wood without any flaws to report. Fits so smoothly, perfect for cigar case collectors, Black Forest collections, cabin or lodge decor.
