Delightful antique French bronze sculpture with a very unique pastoral or farming theme, a depiction of an antique horse or mule drawn hay cart or wagon! Not quite what you picture when you think of an antique French bronze sculpture but I simply had to have it! One of two purchased in France, both with that unique agricultural motif and I just pictured them on display in someone's ranch home. Both of them have semi-movable parts, both with oval bronze bases or plinths and both have matching patinas so be sure to take a look at the other while you're with us. Sold separately but wouldn't you say they really do belong together?
Very good condition. I see no signature but no notable damage, a bit of that small brass "chain" missing on this one. See pictures for all measurements.
