I've had this one for decades, fascinated at the 'feel of a sketch' or an unfinished portrait it conveys. It is a drawing and watercolor on card, detailed in the features of the face, and melting itself away in just a hint of the pouf of powdered hair and complete disregard of clothing on the sitter. It reminds me of the sketches of Ingres, and other artists of the Empire artists, faces in perfect likeness detail and then melting lines hinting at fashion, devolving to just a single outline of a shoe, for instance. Very good to excellent condition for age and type. I'm not able to ascertain the date of this one. Her visage and hair suggest the era of Marie-Antoinette and King Louis XVI, yet it might be a later work, someone's sketch of an earlier work of art. Frame is definitely older than mid-1800s. I see no flaws to note, but also no signature.
