We've had numerous antique spool clamps over the decades, but never a pair this large. Found in England, they date c.1900-20, made to clamp to a tabletop's edge, and the free-turning spool then feeds crochet or knitting yarns as the needlework proceeds. The set are 9" tall and nicely preserved. Measurements noted on photos.
Very good to excellent condition for age and type. The top of one has been broken away, and the medium color wood clamps show an age split, but work perfectly well. Photos for your review.
