My own perfume tray, a c.1890-1920 Baccarat Dore bronze tray with mirror base, heavy as you'd expect. French Empire revival of Napoleon decorative aesthetic. Wreath and ribbon handles extend well beyond the 12.75" long rectangular tray. The fine detail in the heavy bronze is evident along the olive leaf border and on the bronze feet, too. Such attention to detail. With handles, it is 15.75" long. The tray's frame is also 6.25" wide and it rises 1.5". Beautiful old thing, whether you display clear glass, barware, perfume collection or even a cluster of little framed portrait miniatures or framed photos. Perfume caddy of sorts.
Very good to excellent, not a flaw at all in the old d'ore (dore) bronze. The old mirror base shows some age, but reflects very nicely. I particularly love it with the old Baccarat decanters, all those facets just light up with the reflective mirror pushing light through all of that cut crystal and glass. You'll find your own way to treasure and use it.
