Heavy antique French hallmarked sterling silver 2” napkin ring with raised or applied laurel garland bands top & bottom and "Pierre" inscription or dedication! Marked with the post-1878 French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, the tiny number “1” within that mark means it’s in .950 silver (95% pure and higher than the .925 standard for “sterling” silver). The silversmith mark is only partially legible.
