Rare antique French 1819-1838 hallmarked Louis XVIII to Louis Philippe era sterling silver 3 3/8" tall mint julep or wine cup, tumbler or timbale in an attractive "tulip" shaping with footed base & ornate engraved decoration!  The decoration appears to be a combination of engraved and hand chased, there is also stamped or engraved with "J.J. Quince F De M Jamain".  The base of the cup bears the 1819-1838 Michelange or Michelangelo hallmark, the tiny number "1" within that mark means it's in .950 silver (95% pure so above the .925 standard for "sterling" silver).  The silversmith mark is for Sixte-Simon Rion, Paris circa early 1800s.  A beautiful piece and in wonderful condition given its 200 or so years!

Very good to excellent condition, age considered.  There is a slight visible bend to the base and possibly a tiny dimple or two but, as you can see, it's nearly pristine for 200 or so years.  See images for weight and all measurements.
