Very good condition with exception noted for one golden knife tip or end, which will not be easily replaced except by a silversmith making a replacement from a mold of the ones present. Our silversmith quotes us $45 for this process, though I believe it does not include the vermeil process, or goldwash. Yours might quote you even less.
