Fabulous antique French Napoleon III or Victorian era gilt bronze 13.5" tall cigar presenter stand, two tone with silvered or nickel plated torch holding cherub or putti figure, profile medallions and insect accented base! This one is truly amazing, much more impressive in person than I've been able to convey in the pictures. Heavy bronze with gilded base, silvered or nickel plated accenting including that lovely base with the insects, two acanthus accented profile portrait medallions and that delightful cherub or putti at the top. The piece holds six cigars with roughly a 1/2" diameter and there are also spots to insert ten matchsticks. Magnificent!
Very good to excellent condition. There is some wear to the nickel or silvered finish in places, notable on the cherub figure but that really just adds to the visual appeal in my opinion. No other notable damage or repairs. See pictures for all measurements.
