Cramm\" sewn across the top.  Flanking the 2 armorial crests which are surely family symbols of the 2 combining lives and futures, and doves below, with a delightful running fox toward the bottom. Stylized florals and rocaille throughout and a wonderful palette against milk chocolate brown background. One stitch at a time, it may have once been part of a chair back, which is what I would guess it to be. At 31\" tall and 19.5\" wide, with a new linen backing and edging so it can be used as a wall hanging, it's Fresh and clean, and could be made over into a magnificent large throw pillow. Thick velvet cord or lush fringe, passementerie ecging it - a down-filled wonderful pillow. I always thought I'd do that with this one, but my collection of these spans 30' of shelf space at our warehouse and I must admit I a not going to make them into pillows.
