I remember years ago, when raising my sons alone, admiring these beautiful shell cases and wishing I could justify the purchase of one. I used part of one of my first bonus checks to buy one and was thrilled every time I used it. No, I'm not a cigar smoker, but I did use it as an evening bag or after-hours case into which tucked business cards, money and credit card and even my car keys - all I'd need in the grasp of one hand. I didn't need glasses then, but I could have tucked in my reading glasses, as well. And the compliments on it were unending. A great conversation starter. I swear, I think more business came my way because one of these beauties opened easy conversation and I made so many contacts, all of whom remembered that little unique case, and also me. Since then, each time I see one of these 

in fine condition, I just can't help but acquire it. The one you see here is far more beautiful than my first one, and is in really fine usable condition, too Interior on this one is a beautiful rich Royal blue moire silk with white piping. The leather baffles are in remarkably good condition and expand the depth of the case as you can see in our images. Beautiful inlays of silver, brass, mother of pearl. And the cartouche is not engraved, open for your own engraved monogram or sentiment.

Very good to excellent condition throughout, as you can see in our images and per the notations above. Very beautiful - you'll enjoy using it and displaying this one, too.
