Charming antique Victorian era cast iron 12 1/4" tall wall mount pocket watch display, a Black Forest "Fruits of the Hunt" trophy style plaque with two deer, chamois or mountain goat figures, foliage & antlers! Heavy cast iron, this one weighs just over 3 lbs! Fine detail, the remnants of a gold finish visible and wonderful visual & decorative appeal. No maker or foundry marks that I can see but a wonderful wall-hanging decorative piece.
Very good condition. The antlers at the top are separate cast and attached with a screw via the back, there is a tiny bit of wobbling there. No damage that I can see other than wear to the bronze or gold finish. See images for measurements.
