Gorgeous antique Moser style ruby or cranberry glass cup or mug with raised hand painted medallions, wheel cut panel, gold enamel decoration & handle and in wonderful condition, age considered! Likely Moser like we love to find it - no damage, and wonderfully preserved! A glorious example of finest Bohemian glass artistry of the mid-late 1800s displayed in this cranberry glass cup with overlay cartouche or 'CABACHON', as Moser calls these, that are all hand painted except one, and that one is wheel cut to create a very interesting patterned panel. A work of art glass if there ever was one.
Very good condition. I see no chips, there are no cracks, damage or repairs. Some wear or fading to the gold enamel in places but, as you can see from the images, this one has been well cared for over its 100 or so years. See pictures for all measurements.
