The pearlescent shimmer of this one is superb and changes in various lighting. The primary color range is the pink to green. Corner accents of abalone just add to the eye-catching appeal. These are the larger card cases, mid-late 19th century, and will hold your typical USA business cards or credit cards. I'll let the photos show it off.
Very good condition throughout with 2 tiny nips to the mother of pearl shell panels, worked in a diamond parquet. No panels missing, which seems always to be the case with these old ones. I've marked the 2 spots where a chip can be found, but in the hand, in use, you probably won't ever notice them other than in our lowered price. I have used these for evening 'purse' in the distant past, when I needed just a credit card and a few business cards for an after-hours mixer for business (Paramount, Inc).
