Stunning and large decorator pillow, #1 of a group of 10 we've acquired (being sold separately), this incorporates a superb 18th century Aubusson tapestry as pillow top, with pale green silk satin and velvet backing, antique French metallic braid border and vintage passementerie rope around the perimeter, gorgeous 4" spool tassel fringe down both sides. This pillow, featuring a pair of colorful birds, is 25" x 25", very thick with down/feather pillow form. The antique tapestry panel would have been salvaged from the seat back of an oversized French chair, palace or chateau furnishings of superb quality.
