Just a charming pair of framed petit oil paintings, in the Impressionist manner, one a Boca ball game in the park and the other a street market scene. They're likely vintage rather than antique, and show a framer's sticker for Brussels. Frames are wood with a gold accented fillet. Very nice condition, and just a very fun personal souvenir of someone's Grand Tour. The scenes are repeated throughout much of Europe, and particularly familiar from France. Beautifully accomplished in Impressionist manner. You are buying the pair, and measurements are noted on the photos: 9 3/4" x 8" frame is 1 1/4" in depth, nicely made. They might be perfect for shelf display or an intimate spot near bedside lamp. These are also very popular for doll house - Bru and others.
