Very good condition, materials and age considered. As visible in the images, there is some wear/age to the gilt portions, no chips or damage to the wood mat. We did replace the inner backing with easel stand, salvaged from another antique frame (though not quite as old as this one) and we added the oil paper back covering & brass tabs.
