Fine antique to vintage French sterling silver 2" napkin ring, 95% pure silver with ornate frieze style machined band decoration including vines or tendrils, leaves & bell flowers and interlaced "TC" monogram! Stamped with the French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, the tiny number "1" within that mark means it's in .950 silver content (95% pure and so above the .925 standard for "sterling" silver). The maker or silversmith mark is for Victor Leneuf, Paris circa 1885-1935.
