Elegant antique French hallmarked .800 (nearly sterling) solid silver 4pc hors d'oeuvre serving implement set with Empire style crossed torch & arrow filled quiver pattern, reticulated & engraved or machined bowls and wonderful condition! A beautiful set, don't you think! Four pieces consisting of a knife shaped piece, fork and reticulated spoon & spatula. All bear the French Minerve or Minerva hallmark, the tiny number "2" within those marks designate them as being in .800 silver (80% pure so just under the .925 standard for sterling silver). The silversmith marks are there but I can't quite make them out, possibly for Louis Rosen, Paris c. 1860s. A wonderful set, one you'll love to get out and use at every occasion.
Very good condition. Some faint surface scuffs indicative of light use. No bends, breaks or repairs to any. See pictures for weights and measurements.
